Patching the Community back together one patient at a time

P.A.T.C.H. was organically formed when local providers saw the need for additional Covid-19 prevention, intervention, and care.  The hope is that P.A.T.C.H. could create an outpatient option for the community in an effort to mitigate the burden placed on local emergency rooms, hospitals and the patients themselves.  Prevention, education, and early intervention of Covid-19 is vital to successful outcomes and bridging the gap of ambulatory care.  These options include a unique blend of treatment options known as the CovidHope Algorithm.

OurCovidHope algorithm strongly supports the use of early outpatient therapies to help decrease the need for hospitalization and lead to improved outcomes for our patients.  Listed below is our panel of practitioners  that follow this CovidHope algorithm for the treatment of Covid-19.  Each practitioner reserves the right to treat each patient on a case by case basis and may or may not choose to prescribe any or all of the medications within our CovidHope algorithm.  Choose your practitioner and call to schedule an appointment to learn more about treatment options.
